Well, I'd like to not be super slow when running the bases and I just want to fit into my shirts better, while not having those awful underarm wings.

Is it not possible to gain muscle whilst losing body fat? I was watching a "perfect physique" documentary on Netflix and they were talking about how they have figured out how to gain muscle while losing body fat. They just didn't say how.

When I was lifting on a regular basis, I was super close to a 280 DL in a matter of 6 months...but I'm weird. ETA: I wasn't quite 140 but 280 was close to 2xbw

But like, don't hey go hand in hand? Also, you can't really target one area. You need to lower bf% in general. Just eating better isn't going to specifically get rid of back fat.

It's cardio. So if you need cardio in your life and can't stand running (like me), it's a good alternative.
