I posted my two weeks that I missed along with this week. My goal has changed to 160lbs which I will do. We can all get there, we just have to stay strong. 10-23-167…

I know what you mean about losing control. I just had a great workout then ruined it with eating junk. We just have to keep trying. You can do this.

I did so well with maintaining my calorie count until Monday, when i had cheese cake, cookies and beer. One good thing is that I started doing Turbo fire on Monday. Again down just one pound, but at least I am still losing. I have my work cut out for me if I want to reach my goal. 10-23-167 10-30-166 11-6-165 11-13 11-20…

Sounds like you have a good plan to make this week better, I look forward to seeing a loss reported (a loss is a loss no matter how small!) [/quote] So far so good, now I just have to get though my days off.

Chocolate and making the mistake of coming home from work and just sitting around. It is dark out when I get home now but that is not a excuse, time to get started on Turbo Fire work outs. Thanks for asking, just what I needed for motivation.

Just try to stay positive and give yourself a chance. I'm now on holidays for the week and I know it will be hard to stay on track. I am still working out, though I little more since I am going to be eating bad things........you know hamburgers, hotdogs (have you seen how many calories are in a smokie dog LOL) I am staying…

I am 55, quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago and have been battling my weight. I have now lost 25 pounds over the last 2 months with another 20 pounds to go, it has not been easy. I have been working out at least a half hour a day though most days I work out for a hour or more. I have found it is just as important to take 1 day…
