Same here, I keep busy. It is why I have a hard time not snacking in the evening...once the kids are put to bed that is where I have free time. I am trying to incorporate reading to my routine. Because I read in bed, it keeps me away from the kitchen:)

Thank you! You're an inspiration!

Welcome Back! You can add me as a friend if you want. We have somethings in common. We both started in August 2012 and we both fell off the wagon!

Same here! AWESOME!!!

You look amazing. I think you should give your body a chance to adapt. If you want to wear a 2 piece bathing suit, then just do! Just buy a higher waist bikini if it bothers you that much. Some 2 pieces also come with a little skirt. Make the clothing work for you, not the other way around.

Couldn't you do it yourself. Take your heart beat rate by placing your fingers on the neck, count for 15 seconds, multiply by 4 and then google: how many calories burned with ??? HRM. You might be surprised.

That's not goofy, that is plain SCARY!

I am soooo sorry! I can't help, I have the same problem. A friend of mine told me to prepare my logging in advance and to plan for the cravings.

Thanks for that info! I will look up the side effects of withdrawal. Never thought about it quite frankly. I have been on the 30 mg for 3 months now and I feel better on the half dose than the full dose.

I have been on Cymbalta for a year and a half now for depression. It did wonders for me...except for my sleep (a little too agitated). I am now on the 30 mg and I don't have sleeping problems anymore. Back on the 60mg, I started jogging. That was really bizarre because I had bad knees. I didn't know then that Cymbalta was…

FYI, I don't like Splenda and it's aftertaste. If Stevia is less sweet, I guess I should enjoy it! Thanks everyone. As for recipes, I found some on the Dashing Dishes website. I am not a member so I only collected the recipes that were free.

Agree with the measurements!

I binge eat too. Most of the time before going to bed. Worst of it, it is mostly because I am bored...

Actually, it isn't that simple. I am not giving myself an excuse but I do eat a lot when I'm stressed out. It started when I was in 3rd grade and I am 40 years old. In 3rd grade, I had an horrible teacher that would scream at us everyday. Came back home with a splitting headache every day. My mother (of 5), did not have…

I hate running...but I feel really great after doing it. If I don't have a MP3 player, I won't run, simple as that. As for your bad knees, see your doctor. I got injections in mine (not corthisone) of a lubricant (not allowed to mention brands on this site I think) and it helped quite a lot. I prefer to run in cold…

THere are two kinds of IBS. Diarrhea or constipation type. I use to be a diarrhea kind of gal but with my depression (I'm fine, my body just turned itself off and I couldn't reboot it), it turned into constipation. I think IBS is when your condition becomes chronic. Myself, I am an extreme nervous person and stress will…

My daughter and myself are taking Relaxa or Restoralax. None addictive, helps your intestins retain water to mix in with the other stuff. My doctor also told me that too much of a good thing is a bad thing. I use to eat everything WHOLE WHEAT. These are fibers but not solubale fibers. He suggested that I turned to oatmeal.…

Same here! I find it better to "over" evaluate then "under" evaluate. But, to be honest, I'm not the type to measure and weigh everything to an exact science.

My legs were at their best when I was rollerblading 5 times a week and cross-country skiing in the winter. You can't spot reduce but some exercices will define your legs better. Take note that these are two cardio exercices so I was loosing weight all over.

Be very careful of BMI, it is not meant for active and muscular people. It is meant for lightlyactvie or non active people. They tried to average our activity level by today's jobs (more desk jobs than farming for example).

All of the above are good. But be careful of fruits. Higher in sugars and calories and usually less filling than veggies.

The reason MFP encourages you to count your water intake is to make sure you hydrate yourself throughout the day. Sometimes, when dehydrated, you might feel hungry but you are not! You just need liquid. Coffee (and some teas) is a diuretic, so drink wisely. Anything else is water intake. Even the water in your celery. Just…

I usually make my own (olive oil and balsamic) but when I don't have time to make it, I usually take the store bought but I dilute it with water. Just enough that it still taste good but it does lower sodium and calorie intake.

I'm on the 1200 calories per day myself. If I don't exercice, I am always over my limit. But guess what? It is still less than what I was eating in the past anyway so I still loose weight. So, everyday I log my foods and try to hit the 1200 calories mark but if I don't achieve it, I don't beat myself up. I'm not a…

Weekly only. Daily is a bit too OCD for my taste:)

I am getting laser treatment for my legs (the insides). It has tightened a bit, but not that much. I am terryfied of needles and surgery so I would suggest to talk to your doctor first. They know what's out there that could help.

No money for new clothes. My sisters can give me shirts (and they did so I saved a lot of money there) but they can't give me their old paants. One is a size 8 (I'm a size 14) and the other is 5 feet tall and I am 5feet 5 inches tall. My ladies got smaller too. They were small to begin with...Loose skin in my innner thighs…
