My answer to the question depends on what you mean by better? Skim is best if you are trying to keep calories and cholesterol intake down. "Homogenized" means that it's more processed. If you're working to avoid processed foods, then you probably want to find non-homogenized milk.

One problem with juicing is that you are leaving behind all of the fiber from the fruit, which is an important part of good nutrition as well as keeping you full longer. I prefer whole fruit or smoothies where the whole fruit(s) are blended.
