not a problem when you work out at home as do i, but i do have several obstacles in my living room, such as the couch, love seat, & coffee table...the tv is another big one when there is a good show on, good show vs workout dvd is a very tough call sometimes

ok, just weighed and measured and did the math.....scale told me 28%, your formula said i'm 31%, so only a 3% difference, that being said i am 204 so that's somewhere between 57 and 63 pounds of fat. take that how you want

what is the eqn for men, would be interesting to see how accurate my scale is?

my scale checks mine by sending a current through my feet and uses some algebraic program to determine how much fat and water there is based upon resistance....kind of inaccurate depending on how hydrated one is, the best way i know of is to get weighed in and out of water and then they figure it that way

cover top of fillet with a couple Tablespoons of pest then bake it, or sprinkle a few bread crumbs over the seasoned fillet, then a little bit of melted buter or margarine, it's like a lowfat fish stick...either way, bake for about 15 mins at 375...could also do it stove top in a frying pan and go far a cajun style…

i have found that a nice tall glass of ice water works, i think the cold shrinks up your stomach so you feel full, not to mention all the liquid...also saw on biggest loser last night extra sf gum has only 5 calories, so i checked my gum supply and so does orbit, apparently the chewing and saliva generating fools your body…

all day for the most part unless i get booted by fiancee for her to check hers..lol..it's definitely cutting into my facebook time, but i figure i am always either eating/cleaning/or exercising during the day so mine as well log it as i go right? lol

used the p90x diet and noticed my sodium levels are crazy high for day 1(2300 mg over the 2500 allotted by the recommendations here), read somewhere that high sodium intake helps muscles to absorb water and recover faster, is this true, or is the nutritional guide telling me to eat too much sodium? please help!!!
