i like to go for a carnation instant breakfast shake mixed in with my morning coffee as a substitute for creamer, i never was a big breakfast eater, as it always made me feel queasy, so this way i get the good stuff from the mix packet and coffee helps me start my day

so in basic terms...after warming up and stretching, if running/jogging on a treadmill, once i get to 80% heart rate i should then 'sprint' for 'x' minutes(raising HR to around 90%), then back to run/jog for '2x' minutes and repeat as needed till my goal workout time is achieved then cool down and stretch?
