Hahah that's the term I use too! When I'm really hungry I say I have "the hungry hungry hippos". Not completely sure the solution... when I'm not exercising, drinking lots of water does the trick but once I add exercise water doesn't seem to cut it. I think I'll follow this thread and learn with you!

I've always found it hard to find the time even though I'm single and don't have any kids and I see other people doing the juggling act and staying healthy. A lot of people swear by crock pots since it means a hot meal is waiting. I personally like to have a cookathon on Saturdays or Sundays (whichever is more convenient)…

5'7" here. I work in an office full of tempting snacks so I definitely need a support group too!

I"m 5'7" and ultimately aiming for 140-145lbs. I've been that weight before and really liked it.
