  • You may laugh but I did the Dr. Scholls free machine at the WalMart and when I did it showed I was almost literally walking on my heels. I had to not only put orthotics in my shoes but find sneakers with a heal lift. I would recommend trying the free machine at the WalMart and orthodics for starters. If it gets really bad,…

  • Our family lives less than an hour from the beach. We make sure to bring the sunscreen, plenty of water and our metal detector. We like to go around 5pm or later when the beach is less crowded and the sun is not at it's peak as I am super fair skinned and so is my daughter.
