granola bars... light popcorn... yogurt... crackers and low fat cheese... string cheese.. if i liked fruit i would eat that too.

you can also heat some apple cider vinegar on the stove and breathe in the steam. it is great for chest congestion and allergies. stinks a little bit, but my husband and i swear by it.

i just decided to go back to counting calories! i did it a year ago and lost about 15 pounds.. I gained half of that back, but i've been stuck at the same weight for 6 months. i have changed my diet, and i do try to exercise (although it's winter.. and i love riding my bike and hiking.. so i've been slacking a bit...)
