Hi, im also in the same boat. Finally deciding to loose some weight after it has been bothering me for a while that im heavier than i used to be. Always start out so motivated but after a couple of weeks in i tend to slip and fall back into bad habits with. Really hoping to stick with it this time for once and for all

Make protein shake with your favourite fruit only 200calories ,and you can't eat any thing after this shake

I cut carrot sticks (not baby carrots) after 2 cup my jaw gives up..... ;) only 120 calories

I always make my meal plans when I am hungry , and go to allrecepies.com for so many low cal recipe ,you need to select your ingredients and found very interesting recipes with nutritional info.

Now I give chance to protein shakes 25 grams at breakfast and midday (after 5pm I can't hold my self I have very strong craving for sweet really sweet ant that's the best time to take your 2nd shake ) snack only 120cal+ fruit of your choice 80cal (add finer some times) and you feel so full for at least 4-5 hours .

Hi, I can imagine how you feel, I loose 14 pounds in 3 months then gain back in 1 month ;)
