I have it on 1, but I will cut back to less than a pound a week after next month. We're going on vacation at the end of July, and I want to at least be able to get into a bathing suit by then without horrifying the other hotel guests. :embarassed:

Okay, help me understand. Is everyone saying it is actually better to substitute the cardio with lifting??? I have limited time, so I need the best bang for my buck. (I'm over 35 too.)

I hear that! I'm sorry, I just can't go cold turkey. I'd rather cut food somewhere else, and save a few calories for alcohol. Lots of restaurants have skinny margaritas (which I love) for around a 100 calories. Saving room for 2 isn't that big of a deal. Otherwise I stick to mixed drinks without juice or sugar mixes. I…

Okay, I haven't read the books (I know, I know, flog me now...), but do the seasons conincide with the books? Is book 3 season 3?
