Great Challenge!! Going away for the weekend with some friends so I don't know if I will reach the calorie burned challenge by Thursday, BUT, I will take my heart rate monitor just in case someone wants to hike in the woods. BTW, I use fooducate often...it is a great app.

I am doing well with this week exercising and food choices. I forget to drink water before every meal but I am drinking at least 8 glasses a day. Keep going ladies...

This challenge is great! I recently sigh up for an rope exercise class that begins on Thursday and that is soooo out of my comfort zone. I don't care for exercise classes because I feel awkward and uncoordinated but I will try. I signed up for 12 weeks so we will see. Drink water before each meal is a good challenge also.

I am so sorry that you have to go through such hardship. I hope things get better for you and your child soon.

PW 189.4 CW 189.0 Happy about the loss because on my weekend getaway I ate at 2 all you can eat buffets (my guy loves seafood buffets) and drank an enormous strawberry daiquiri. Looking forward to next week's challenge.

Only burned 1200+ calories this week which is a low for me, my norm is approximately 2000. I did well on my water and food intake. Push ups were a no and sit ups were not my best effort. Hoping to do better with week 3's challenge.

Yesterday was okay: I did 30 minutes of exercise, 8 glasses of water but did not do the sit ups and push ups. Today was suppose to be a 6 mile run but my oldest daughter wasn't able to go to her adult day program so she is home with me, hopefully tomorrow or later this evening I can get some cardio in.

Great challenge...right now I am averaging 1800-2000 calories a week so 2500 is a push but I am up for the challenge. 10 push up, okay will do. Let's make this a great week everyone!!

Hello everyone, my name is Gloria. I have been on MFP for approximately 2 months now and I like the support I have received thus far from my fellow members. I live in a south suburb of Chicago.
