i can gain 3-4llbs too , i end up craving 'bad' food, especially coffee and sugar . I usually take Aquaban for a few days, they work really well.

hi, i'm new too. I have been here for just over a week and doing ok... had a bad day today though as i just craved crisps and feeling very hungry. My goal is to lose about a stone and a half, being only 5ft 2, any extra weight shows. At the moment just need lots of motivation!!
