  • That happens to me as well, I cheat with one really unhealthy thing and all I want is more more more. That's why I set up little treats that taste like they are cheating, but they definitely aren't going to throw me off my game by any means.
  • Since I normally lose everything I've worked for during the week in my weekends, I try to have a small "cheat" twice a week.
