For a lower calorie vegan option try one can of black beans, half a cup of salsa, and a quarter to a half cup of flour, mush all together and pan fry in a little oil or you can even grill them. When i want to spice it up I add some lentils and curry powder!

I try to eat back all my exercise calories. Usually ill make a smoothie or something i deem as "Healthy" problem here is the amount of sugar in the fruit. Though i consider it not as too bad because its not refined sugar.

I was also like this. Try putting some lemon in your water, or other natural flavors. I also always drink a bottle of water on the way to work, because im distracted driving it doesnt really feel like im drinking as much as I am. I then fill up that bottle two or four times during work, and drink one more bottle on the way…

Congrats on your weight loss. What are you doing in reguards to exercise? Everyone here is right, i guess i shouldne be complaining as long as I see the scale move. Ive got to remeber that slow and steady wins the race!

I also forgot to add I am a vegetarian, I dont drink soda or sugary drinks, and I avoid all artificial sweetner except stevia.
