Well, I didn't. A short 15-minute walk/arms with Leslie that I found on YouTube. I took it a little easy since it's been a while but I made it and it felt sooo good. Can you believe we've made it through January? Today we saw a new Rheumatologist and walked out with orders for 3 x-rays and 23 labs. 🙀 This time, it was a more thorough visit. I wholeheartedly believe that going to Costco should count as exercising. Pushing a heavy cart, picking up oversized items, and dodging clueless patrons.
