I'm 5' 9" and can't remember the last time I was under 200 lbs ... maybe 5th grade. So under 200 would be nice and then to see what every 10 lbs under that feels like. I dont want to be too thin.

This morning I weighed 257.4 :D Where I have been for a couple days now. At least when I don't loose I maintain. I'll take the 5.6 lbs I lost earlier this week though :D I hope everyone had a great weekend. Today is my Friday at work. Boy do I need it after it was so crazy the last few days!

Rough weekend at work for me. Was able to squeeze in 1.5 walk after work. Today I'm pulling a 12 hour day. So goal is my 3 mile last chance workout run. If I can't do this then bed. I've had great losses this week and maintained. SO... will just have to wait and see how the rest of the week goes.

Today was my rest day, however, hubby and I did go out for a 30 minute evening walk. Today was so very stressful at work. I made a completely wrong lunch food choice. Although in my calorie limit I made myself sick :( looking forward to tomorrow being a much better day.

Completed 13 of 20 km of the Virtual Ghostly Gallop hosted by the Running Group I am apart of. Had a blast. Really wanted to complete the whole 20 km but my body is not ready for the yet. Walking is a great way to loose weight. It is where I started. It took me months to get to the point where I could run a mile then 2 then once I hit 3 I exploded and can go so far now!

Great job!! I wish we had as many 5k's in my area :D I did my 4 mile run tonight for Week 5 Day 1 of training. My legs hurt so bad from the 100 squat challenge I was shocked that I ran all my miles under 14:10 and did one at 12:35! Good night for a run :D
