Mix Its absolutely not rude. We met at school is august 2006, dated in january 2007, engaged may 2007, married november 2007. We didnt want to wait though encouraged. We were not gainfully employed. We were from different sides of the world. We had not finished school and actually had dropped out. The list could go on. We…

Within 3 days of my cycle ending I am back down to where I was premenstrual. I skip weighing from the first sign of my cycle til 3 days…

What you have accomplished is as amazing as mine. I started much heavier and much more weight to loose. At smaller weights it takes twice as long. Be proud of your journey. Congrats in loosing 3 sizes that is phenomenal. Don't compare your journey to mine. Compare yourself to when you started. It you are happier full of…

Plus the beauty of it all is overwhelming.

Actually it was him waiting for me. He had previously in 2009 lost all his weight to join the corps. After illness and being inable to finish bootcamp he came home at 154. Due to my lifestyle he slowly gained weight. Prior to our marrage in 07 he had never been over 190. He was patient and in time I found my way and he…

Gosh where to begin. I used a purchased c25k app by clear sky for Apple products. My husband used zen labs for his android. I read every runners world magazine dating back to 2012. Including their guide to weightless & injury prevention. I purchased a book called Core Performance Endurance. I don't agree with everything in…

Issues. Omg. Where do I begin. Let's see I am a fish out of water, hence a February baby, two left feet. I have a torn muscle in my upper right leg from a bicycle accident when I went over the top of my handlebars in 2009. I have a bed left knee due to a spinning back kick to it in karate in 2006. I suffer from plantar…

Hi Ben. I'm a newer runner too. Started running a year ago to loose weight and haven't stopped since then. Not the fastest runner but am loving it. These were my race time. Ran my half in January but my speed has increased and in my 10 mile a few weeks ago I finally broke below 12 minute miles and I just PR in my 5k last…

Just FYI I gained 2-4 pounds every month on my period. I never weigh while on it. I always become ravished and on those days I eat more veggies and throw in a2-3 piece of dove dark chocolate at 40 calories a pop. 2 days ago I weighed 205.2 today two days into my period 207.2. I am doing everything right. It's gonna happen.…

I started my original journey at 385 and started MFP at 352.2. I have found on this journey that you will loose weight, gain weight, loose weight small, loose weight big and when it happens it never ever makes since. At a year into my journey I have been shocked because I went thru a 6 week plateau and gain then drop down…
