  • Hi Hon, I started taking Whey Protein and Slimfast combined. I eat 3 snacks, drink 2 shakes or if I just do Whey I drink 4 shakes and eat 1 500 cal meal. I'm not an expert by far but I just do what works for me. I started my diet on May 16 and so far lost 12 lbs. I walk 3 times a day for 30 min and the lbs are coming off.…
