Jillian Michael's 30 day shred incorporates both strength and cardio although it isn't really "lifting" per say... It sure does work though...

I am currently doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. 27 minutes of pure hell, but it's better than spending five hours at the gym and honestly I feel the burn like I never have after a gym workout. I forgot to add! In case you would like to try Weight Watchers without paying (which I am) there is a free WW calculator app. The program isn't for everyone but it never hurts to try!

Same here with being new to online stuff! All I know is that I am at my low point and am done feeling disgusted with the way I look and how much I weigh. It is time to lose the weight and I am going to need some serious motivation! It is great that there are people on here who are in the same mindset as me!
