Welcome back. I have also just rejoined I went from 217lbs to 146lbs but then 3 weeks ago I weighed 158lbs. After logging my food and cutting out the rubbish I'm now back to 150lbs. We can do it and get back on track x

Hello and welcome, ive been on and off here since last year. Im very nearly at my goal.it has been a huge help. If my calorie goal is set at 1200 then i eat back half my calories. If its higher like it is now then i dont eat them back. Hope that makes sence X

such a fab thread, here are my results so far, im 5ft7 sw 219lbs Hips- 46inch waist- 38 bust- 46inch cw 151lbs hips- 36inch waist-29 bust-35 2010 I weighed 219lbs I look truly awful. currently 151lbs lowest I have been since the age of 16 hope this works :) sorry they are so big

hi ive just seen this, I just want to say your best getting it checked out, ive had the same for about a week now but past 2 days its got to the point where I can hardly put weight on it, turns out I have a slight tear and now im out of action for at least 2/3 weeks. good luck x

my in the fridge foods are greek yogurt (I like it with a small drizzle of honey) mixed fruit salad bag of rocket low fat sweet chilli cream cheese ( perfect to top sweet potatoes with) salad items One thing what is a must have is ice lollys, there low cals and last longer than a chocolate bar. I also have popcorn on hand…

I love greek yogurt I have it every morning with a spoon ful of honey. seems to be making me feel less bloated :)
