Before falling pregnant I did zumba videos ,hitt and aerobics . for the first two weeks I managed to do gentle exercise bids but then sickness and exhaustion kicked in. I've had constant changing ones 6 weeks it was ready meals , 8 weeks jacket potatoes with cheese , 12 weeks chips and cheese and jam doughnuts , WK 13 mince pies and this week it seems to be cheese and crackers . x

Hi I've just noticed you have suspected hyper parathyroidism. I got diagnosed with that last year. I had surgery in sept and I'm now a new woman. You will be surprised just how many symptoms it can cause and just what a nasty disease it is. If you need a chat or anything just send me a message x

I started doing this about 3 months ago and so far I've lost 28lbs. My eating window is 12pm until 8pm and all I drink is water. I've not felt hungry at all and I seem to have more energy.

hi Tasha ,im also from the uk. im back on the weight loss journey and also looking for friends. ive lost 4st so far . ive found this site fab, the key is to track your calories and work out 30-60mins , I do this 5 times a week and have 2 rest days.

hi your welcome to add me . after my son I weighed at 217lbs now 4yrs on im at 164lbs . I did get down to 154lbs so I stopped logging and coming on here . bad choice as I went back up to 180lbs.
