If you like peanut butter cookies and have these three things make these: 1 c peanut butter 1 egg beaten 1 c Splenda Mix well and roll into balls and place on cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 about 11 minutes. Let cool and enjoy. There will be enough for both of you!
