I don't think you've got anything to worry about. I imagine many people go over their calories on one day and then eat under then next. Pretty sure it all balances itself out.

I just beat my 100 mile challenge yesterday! So far I've done: June 1st - 3.4 miles June 2nd - 2.62 miles June 3rd - 6.92 mile June 4th - 5.72 miles June 5th - 5.19 miles June 6th - 5.99 miles June 7th - 4.76 miles Considering how little I used to walk before (I was sooo lazy) I'm feeling rather pleased with my efforts so far. Not finished my walking yet today, will be out again later. However, this is how far I've gotten as of yesterday. After today I will be over 1/4 of the way there! :happy:
