Leg day is my favorite because the more I work it, the better I will be as a runner.

Double up :) I don't have the time or energy to sample all of the different available options so I just wear two. What might work for one person, will not work for another....so.....that's my quick easy fix.

Also, I don't yawn or get sleepy during a workout. If I'm doing a workout - I'm 100% on board. If I'm not, then I usually kick myself afterwards for being lame. :) Mind over matter, if you're doing everything to help you do the workouts (sleep, the right time of the day, enough fuel).....you need to put yourself in the…

The president of my running club lives a block away from me, is retired and can out run me any day of the week. I'm in my 30s.... You may get frustrated by set backs but utilize your resources and think outside the box to push to where you want to be.

I had good results with Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution. She isn't like she is on Biggest Loser. I like her in this video program. It's also 30 minutes long and I love the workouts.

I don't use couch to 5k or apps for my running. I write out a training plan according to my current abilities. The goal is to run the whole 5k. After you can run the whole 5k without stopping, the goal is to beat that time. Look up interval training and decide where you want to start to get you to where you want to be.

Well, how far can you run? Are you new to running? What kind of plan are you adopting? I've done quite a few 5k races.

I'm in the last two weeks of her BR. I recommend it. You will trim up, as long as you follow a good diet plan with it and give it your best effort. :)

Just started phase 3 I think 7 is worse than 9. Cardio 3, not a big fan. I really wanted to enjoy it and conquer it & all that good stuff but.....I'm just not that plyo. I mastered Cardio 2 but 3....eh. Maybe a few more times, I will. Starting vid 10 tonight.

Do as much as you can. You may not do it perfectly the first time or do it constantly throughout the video but do what you can and keep trying. :) Everyone is at different fitness levels but I assure you, when you finally 'get it' down, it will be the best feeling ever.

The cost of my fitness is workout DVDs for home, sneakers that are able to endure the workouts, workout clothes..... That's it. Oh & more weights. Fitness isn't expensive, it's how you choose to do it, that is expensive.

Thanks! I know I sound insane but once I get going with a plan, having to put a halt to it....kinda feels like I got the rug pulledo ut from under me. I don't want to fall out of the habit that I worked so hard to get into.
