I don't look around because I don't want to see how many creepers are looking... I work out on military bases though: there's a crap ton of guys in every gym. Especially the weight rooms! I get frustrated walking to the pullup bars, so i just keep my head forward and ignore the fact that i am surrounded by guys who oogle.

Proper shoes are first: get fitted and try jogging in the shoes at the store. Strengthen your hips and legs. But it is also vital to stretch... especially your hamstrings and quads. Poor quadricep strength and poor hamstring flexibility will develop "runners knee".

I used to have an issue with this. Now I just put the bag/ container away before I eat the snack. Then i brush my teeth if I still want more.... :tongue: I now have this issue with coffee... I love coffee! So i'm brushing my teeth A LOT!

While you're breaking in your boots use foot powder... just dump it in your boot... and shake it around. This will cut down on blisters. Trust me, i learned this the hard way in basic training! How much water are you drinking? How much processed food are you eating? If you are consuming a lot of water it will lower your sodium levels. Especially if you are not eating processed foods or sodas. I have to add salt to my food just maintain balance with how much water I am drinking.
