At the end of the day, i guess it comes down to the deficit and control of certain parts of your food intake like sodium for example. It is totally possible. The weight i've lost is due to a mix of a huge cutdown of food and a huge increase of excersise, i find that the fastest way.

im 21 5'5 too lost around 7 kg so far. i'll add you, im always looking for people my age to add too.

i always ended up having around 700-1200 remaining but i also excersise 1000 calories a day.. however i've hit a plateau and haven't lost anything for about 2-3 weeks i'm hoping for now its just water retention and not anything else lol.

Literally in the exact same position as you. i couldn't sleep last night woke up did a 30 minute cardio and ate. Afyer that i was completely exhausted and took a 2 hourish nap maybe a bit less i feel alright now. You should try the same. Sleep is very important for your bodily functions and metabolism.

I use the ab lounge, makes it a litlle easier but for a beginner to ab excersises its perfect for me.

I use the polar ft2 because i only needed a constant heart rate check to make sure im doing a good cardio workout and a basic report afterwards. if you want detailed analysis that you can download to your computer and sabe the ft4 is the right choice. Polar are a really good brand for hrm's.
