I am trying to set little goals to make them easier to obtain. I get discouraged easily and need to keep a forward momentum going. I love the idea of guiltless guilty pleasures :)

hi ! welcome to MFP! I am 5'2" also and have struggled with my weight most of my life. At my very heaviest I was 200lbs. I have used food for comfort and self destruction ... yep I self sabotage! But I am on a mission to get healthy and not to use food for anything but to fuel my body. add me as a friend if you like :)

I am learning that this is a lifetime goal. So if long haul means eating healthy and exercising for life....... i am in. I am tired of being unhealthy and having no energy and feeling unbeautiful because I am not happy with my body. So count me in for support and motivation

this is why I love MFP so much. So much great advice from people who understand because they have been there. Thank you for the advice and encouragement. I will alter my weighing in to a couple times a week and if I am still feeling a bit discouraged I will go to once a week. Yes I can do this !!! I will succeed this time…

Greek yogurt is my favorite for low cal / high protien. yoplait makes a 100 calorie greek yogurt too.
