  • I am on week four and I have only lost 8lbs. I walk for 45 minutes after the workout. I am eating healthy and around 1200 calories a day. I do see some changes in my body. I am scared to up my calories because I am not sure what will happen. Does anyone know how many carbs and fat I am suppose to have? I am 5'5 and 184lbs.…
