I've decided to redo 30DS with the aim of doing the exercises properly (at Natalie's level) and upping the weights I'm using. After this I'm thinking maybe Ripped in 30?

I found that on each level I would be sore for the first 3 or so days. To be honest, all I did was make myself keep going and told myself it would be worth it in the end (which thankfully for me, it was!). If you need to take a day off then do so, I think you'll still see some great results :smile:
