Day 1 = 50 squats DONE! Also did day 1 of the 30 day crunch challenge and day 1 of the June push up challenge:)

25 done. Set 1=13 Set 2=12. All modified from knees. I've got a wimpy upper body. Hopefully this month will help with that:)

Yup, lots:) I want to loose 6 lbs. (that would get me under 200), quit smoking, and I want to start improving my fitness level! Do you have any?

Hi, I'm 29, just joined today, and my wt is 205. I've yo-yo'd everywhere between 236 and 175 in the past 10 years. I would love to loose all the extra wt and keep it off this time too! I would love to be a support/accountability friend. I'll send a FR. :smile:
