I have to follow the Low FODMAP guidelines. There are lots of foods I have to avoid but it is possible and it is well worth it. I have to avoid Wheat, lactose, onions, sweeteners, lots of fruits and veggies.

Yes walking is great. I have lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks and my only exercise has been walking; I walk early every morning during the week and try to do some with the family over the weekend. Don't underestimate it, it is great to get out into the free air every day. Good luck
