I have cheat days every once in a while because it helps me stick with it.If I don't have the occasional day I can eat the foods I crave it turns into me spending two weeks eating everything and anything I get a taste for.

I would love to do this. My name is Kelsey. I'm 5'4 and my starting weight is 175 pounds. My current pants size is between a 12 and a 14 depending on the jeans. My goal is to weigh 155 by the end of this challenge and to hopefully be in a size ten!

I weighed in this morning at 176.4. For this challenge I have lost 8.6 pounds. I may not have met my original goal but I am thrilled to have lost nearly nine pounds. Thank you so much for keeping me on track with this challenge.I can't wait for the next one!

I weighed in at 177.6 this morning.I know that is only a loss of .4 but I did really bad this week.Moving into my new apartment made it really difficult to eat right and exercise,so anything that wasn't a gain was welcomed!Aiming for better next week!

Last week the spreadsheet said I had only loss 3.4 pounds but it should have said I lost 4.4 pounds and said I was 15.6 pounds from my goal. Weighing in at 180.6. That's a one pound loss for me this week. Wish I could have weighed in Saturday!I was down to 179.5. I think I am holding on to some water weight now because I did a lot of weight lifting yesterday. Hopefully I can keep going down on the scale!
