I am a 17 year old athlete male. I am 5'9" and I have 7% body fat on me according to my nutritionist. But heat I lack in fat, I make up for lean muscle which is beyond and WAY HIGHER than usual males. I have a V shaped frame too.

157 is the normal weight for an athletic 17 year old boy athlete like me. But I've gone down so much in weight it's effecting my life in such a negative way.. But I need to be at this weight of a lower standard to be happy... Looks like everyone is just trying to tell my I can't be happy and have everyone around me happy…

I'd take everything off the shelves of bakeries and food stores that had chocolate in it and scarf it all Down. That's my dream to do before I die :)

I'm still beyond full haha I'm done for the day and normally I am 800 or more under my limit so I'm used to it

I'm not trying to lose weight anymore just maintaining. But yeah I hear what your saying about not eating unless I'm hungry and yeah the stuff I had probably had loads of sodium in it but I'm fine with it.

I didnt pay attention or care one bit about how much sugar i took in while i was losing weight. I ate 2-3 times more sugar then my goal for the day every day and i lost 10 lbs easily. to me sugar means nothing especially since the sugar i eat are all natural sugars (fruits), and some from a bowl of cereal every morning.…

I love wings too!! Haven't had them in soooo long. Im just ganna eat everything on my plate tonight im still under my calorie limit shockingly!!!! haha

I don't care about losing weight anymore I'm just maintaining. On salads I always take off cheese, egg, and bacon. I ask for dressing to the side so I control how much goes on my salad. And fries? Umm yeah I scarf them down hahaha only if I'm out once in a while

It makes me beyond uncomfortable going to sleep with a big belly... And that's why I'm stuck... Don't eat enough during the day because I'm scared I will always over do it at dinner or desert but when that's not the case, I eat about 1000 calories a day which isn't the best.. Ugh

DO NOT over eat the protiens!!! Protein does nothing to build or strengthen muscle it could cause negative effects on the body. That's according to a recent study. But yes decrease the protein a little and it is normal at first cuz your body isn't used to it at first.

I do sit-ups and pushups and drink milk most of my days to keep my muscles lean. I also do squat thrusts and lunges sometimes.

Thanks so much I agree. And I will try all this tomorrow. My nutritionist says my BMR is 1785 so I'll eat around there and whatever extra exercise I get, then I'll just be a little under no big deal
