  • I agree. I love eating out. Until I started looking up the calories. Ugh it's crazy. I just ate out at a Greek restaurant and about 1000 calories. I'm lucky I've been doing my best to exercise or I'd be way over my calories for the day.
  • Doing things I enjoy for exercise always helped me. I found out you don't have to do hard cardio, just get up and move. The one time I had extremly successful weight loss, I stopped eating out. That made a huge difference!
  • Mmmm I'm a huge carb lover. :) I wish carbs never existed....actually, I lied I think I'd die without them.
  • Today was not my day!!! I am so stressed that I'm stress eating. I had 2 manwiches, fries, and I'm about to eat a donut...no stopping me!!
  • I figured out how to join! Had to log in online and not use my app. Anywho, I think you have set some great goals for yourself. I plan on portion control. Only 3 sodas a week and taking the boys on a walk 2-3 times a week. We can do it ladies!!
