  • I have one of those old scales with the little lines that you can barely see: so , on Tuesday a bought a Weight Watchers digital scale, weighed my self and it read 184.2 .... what the heck!!!. Weighed my self on Friday.... 183.4. I have been doing the c25k app on a 2.8 mile route and finish the route in about 45 min......…

  • I read about the c25k app in one of the posts and downloaded it to my phone. I did first day work out today and felt great afterwards. It really is a terrific app.
