  • If you can't afford a regular doctor are there any clinic options near you? While we can all tell you to rest, use a brace, etc. we're not experts and further we can't even see your knee. Find a way to talk to an expert if at all possible. Knees are very tricky!

  • Hi all! I'm 23 and want to lose about 6-8 more pounds. I'm about 5'6" and have gone from 155 to about 140 at the moment and 28% body fat to 22%. Mostly I just want to get to 18-19% body fat!   • Yeah, I did jump rope first and was fine for the work out and did it with only about a minute rest BUT I did not do super fast jumping and switched off legs so it was pretty slow. And yes! Those side raises were KILLER. I started with 5 lbs and downgraded to 3lbs. Still had to take breaks!
