I'm 37 5'2, started out at 295, currently 189 in just over a years time. My goal is 130. I want to get to 150 and maintain/work on reducing body fat, then work on the last 20.

I'm back to only weighing in once a month. From May '14 to Jan'15 I did once a month at my drs office. From Jan-May I bought a scale and weighed in whenever I felt like it. It messed with my head. So I'm going back to once a month.

New here! Lynne Halloween, I'm 36 Live in MA, USA I want to get under 200lbs, then get to 130. SO I have about 140lbs left to lose. Married 8 years the end of the month, have two kids 7 yr old son, and almost 4 yr old daughter. I'm a SAHM. Trying to lose weight on a very tight budget is HARD. But I'm committed to doing it.
