  • I love a wide variety of music, tending toward rock n roll but also getting into soul, jazz, hip-hop, techno, blues, even classical. A lot of what I play for working out depends on mood. I like to start out with slower songs, then play some progessively faster music, then slowing down again during cool-down.
  • Keep going. Go slower maybe the next time and do not forget to stretch when you are done with your workout, helps release the tension in the muscles and ease the soreness. :)

  • Scared of it? After 4 kids, it was a reality for me, not just a fear! In fact, even when I was thin and had little body fat, I still had the dangly tummy. It's only in the past couple years that I have started losing the extra fat and skin in that area and get some tone and muscle instead. . My youngest is 20!
