Hey I'm Nikki. I do want to lose between 80-100 pounds. I do not have a specific time frame but I would be more than happy to make a new friend that has similar goals.

I like them too, but I only use a little. Just enough to give my water a little bit of flavor. How much were you using when you felt sick?

I am a movie junkie so for every time I work out at least 20 minutes I put a tally on my calendar. When I get 20 tallies I buy a DVD (usually a series).

It sounds like you are eating most of your calories in the evening. Try evenly distributing them through out the day. Having a bigger breakfast will help prevent you from being starving in the afternoon. I try to have at least one protein and a whole grain for breakfast. Yes, you can have fruit. You just have to count the…

I definitely feel that way too. I recently bought a full length mirror. Every once in awhile I catch myself standing in front of it and saying wow is that what I really look like? The me that I picture in my head is not the me that I see in the mirror. Then I usually get depressed because I still have a long way to go.…

200 stair step done today and 100 yesterday bring my total to....(takes off socks to count on toes) 639/4000!
-
So yesterday I forgot about the challenge (opps). Today I made up for it a little with 205 steps. 339/4000 steps done! Not bad at all. I did it while I watched tv. Is anyone else doing it at home on a step stool or are you hitting actual flights of stairs?
-
I just did 134 stair steps!
-
Why not, I need a challenge. I am going to count the number of steps instead of flights though. I have a little bench that I can use at home. So 400 flights is about 4000 steps (I think). I can do that.

I am looking for the same thing on finding sources of meal plans, although my reasoning is more along the lines of being in a rut. My jobs has an unpredictable schedule both when I get to work and what time I get lunch. I've started looking online, but haven't a plan online that I like (meaning its way to generic). I'll…

I'm almost there, I have about 2 more pounds before I hit that big 3-0 mark. I had lots of slips ups along the way, but the number had been steadily moving down since January. Some people might be faster, but I've noticed with me that slow is best. If I try to change what I eat, hoe often I go out to eat, and the amount of…

Maybe try changing things up on your body. For example, one day have a higher cal day followed by a lower one (as long as you aren't starving yourself). Or you could try a different type of physical activity. If your always doing the same exercises switch it up. Good luck.

I think she was trying to cut the overall sugar level, not make it entirely sugar-free.

I never realized how hard it was to stay in the green. Before as long as I was under calories, I didn't care. Also I'm having trouble with before bed snacking. Urgh. Hows everyone else doing?
-
I have really been struggling with this lately but I'll do my best. I had a question through, I'm always a bit over on my protein but I thought that was a good thing. As long as its lean protein though.

I got my walking in too, even though the last day was me walking in place cause it was raining. Whatever gets the job done right. I'm glad I lost this week, I was a little bumed about the gain last week.
-
Yes guys, be very careful of overheating. It is not fun, trust me. Good Luck. Maybe you guys should try small walks broken up throughout the day if it is really bad.
-
I'm going to be doing the walking with 10 pounds in my tote bag. I just completed my first day with a walk in the woods. Next time I am definitly bringing bug repellant. The mosquitos were more vicous than the zombies. I wonder if a mosquito can be turned into a zombie if it bit one? What do you guys think? Anyway, I'm…

I love it! The story and the challenge, keep up the good work. Good Luck everyone! Go team Ranged! I really appreciate the 4 days a week part, some days your muscles just need a break.

Welcome Mia!

Hey guys, I like the spreadsheet. I can keep track of what I've done. Hope everyone's had a good week.
-
Hey guys, just finished this week's challenge, a grand total of 235 rows, 232 push ups, and 235 tricep dips. Less than I had hoped but definity proud of what I did. I think I'm going to keep doing this challenge only in a smaller scale. I was so sore the first day my family kept laughing at me but I'm not so sore anymore.…

Hey wonderful teammates. I'm actually looking forward to this week, I'm doing the River run because since I just quit my job I don't get the arm workout that I am used to. Lately I have noticed some muscles showing in my arms and I would love to push that even farther. Let's face women and men love having strong arms. My…

Hey wonderful people, so I am officially moved out of my apartment. YAY! Unfortuately, I did not complete as much as I wish I could have due to the heat. Walking 11 miles, no strength training. Today's weigh in 236.5 lbs. -5.5 lbs. YAY

I'm doing option A too. It will be interesting to see if I can do this with my crazy schedule and moving out sunday morning. Also my weapon will be a crossbow = 8 glasses of water.
-
Sweet Today's 300 down.
-
Competition and a group of teammates to support you. This is a really cool idea.

On your MPF food dairy you can add trackers for sugar. It gives you a number that you should aim for, not that I ever hit it when I had it up on mine. I'm a sugar junkie too.
-
I agree that small changes are the best way. Pick 2 or 3 things to work on a week and focus on that, like water and walking for 30 minutes a day. Also go through your food journal and look for little ways to cut calories. If you suddenly cut 1000 calories from your diet you are going to be hungry and miserable. Good Luck.

I love Biggest Loser. It's the only show that I make sure to watch as it comes out. I was really happy to see that no one was eliminated last week. My favorite would be Austin or Olivia. I think they both have really great personalities. I like that Olivia is an opera singer trying change her lifestyle so she can play the…
