Are you saying BJs weren't invented by our ancestors - shocking..:laugh: :laugh: But I digress...for lunches...definitely organic chicken, ham, turkey with a side salad. But also if im too lazy to make my own stuff sneak to Subway for a 6 " turkey and ham on wheat with all the salad bar stuff...only around 270…

I agree with Cardio4cupcak - 10 pounds in 6 weeks is a great result! I have lost just over 20 pounds in about 12 weeks (same rate as you). The point is don't get disillusioned if you lose less than your projected amount - stay with your plan - it WILL WORK..Your plan of 1300 cal per day with some mild cardio is a good one.…

48 and here - 22 pounds down since March 10 - Good to know metabolism and calorie deficit coupled with p90x3 principles still work for us over 40s...lol :laugh:
