Hi, I'm Karen and this is so not my first time doing this. I can lose the weight but not keep it off. I am down 17 pounds and have about 40 more to go. I was so close to my goal the last time...I know its mind set but I still felt I looked fat. So, I can use all the help I can get.

I'm rather new too. I joined last year but did not do anything. I am now using the calorie counter and doing good. You could add me if you want, I have a ways to co-how bout you? I have about 45 pounds that really need to come off. I was almost there and ate my way back up:cry:

:smile: Better late than never here. I sometimes am not ready to eat when its time. So, I have changed my pattern a bit to fit my life. Breakfast and its a little late because I work 3-11, lunche before I leave for work, a snack aroun 4 or so, my dinner more like 6:30 or 7 and then my last snack at 10:00. I don't get home…
