zucchini lasagna! slice the zucchini thin and use in place of lasagna noodles. so yum and no carbs!!

honestly...if you don't lose the weight too fast (like 5-10 lbs a week meaning) you shouldn't have to worry too much about the loose skin. the loose skin generally happens when it can't keep up with the rapid weight loss. you may notice a little stretchyness (my sister recently lost 70 lbs and has slightly sagging boobs…
