  • I'm 6 weeks in and I think I am doing ok. The lbs seems to have really slowed down coming off, but the inches haven't :) 4" chest, 4" waist, 4" hips and 3" thighs. I'm finding it hard to eat enough calories (reading other posts here about counting calories) but am keeping the carbs in line.
  • A little over 3 weeks for me and I am happy with my inches results. thighs: 2" hips: 2.5" waist: 3.5" chest: 2" I am doing ok with the weight lost 14.8lbs (so averaging approx 5lbs a week), but I think I should pick up those strips to see if I am keeping in Ketosis properly.
