A victory is a victory. There can be many reasons why your weight is higher and it can take some time for your weight to catch up to how your body is changing. If you fit in a small size, take it! Congrats!

Thanks! I only visted Portland but my husband and I are thinking of moving there in a a year or so. It was so beautiful. The northwest area is just so nice.
