Oh my gosh, most of my panties have lace on them. Looks like I need to go shopping for something better! :grumble: But I've worn them all the time, this issue is only happening now. Probably because I'm doing more sit-ups, so there's more chaffing. It all makes sense. :embarassed:

I use cider vinegar pills, they help with fat content in my diet. And they do work, I have a way of telling but it's embarrassing to say here... I turned to them when I plateaued once, and they broke it. :flowerforyou:

Yep, guilty. Heat, sunlight and stress trigger mine, sometimes smells as well. I don't use medication anymore other than painkillers when it strikes... A migraine completely ends the day for me, the moment I have one, I'm in bed until the next morning. :/

You can actually poison yourself with water, in the sense that your blood becomes more water than anything else and your blood cells burst, etc. But you need to drink an insane amount of water to even get to that level. Nah we use lbs, I just got used to kg because I was always telling my other half about my journey. He's German and uses kg. XD

I prefer kg personally. I'm from Scotland, and I guess lbs would be easier to see... I have considered changing.

I have some sturdy Weetabix for breakfast, it keeps me going for a couple of hours. Maybe have something that's high in fibre?

I'm on level 3, and this is my second time doing the shred. First time I did it I dropped 2 dress sizes. Equipment you'll need only includes handweights and an exercise mat!

I'd say take it easy until you feel better. If you remember a couple of weeks ago, I was sent to Ninewells from work because I had ripped a muscle in my abdomen. I neglected my workouts until I felt better because I was scared of further damage.
