True story here. According to a podiatrist and weight pressure machines I was near flatfooted 5 years ago. Got all the super supportive arch supports they had and it always felt as if I was being stabbed in the foot with each step. Any pressure in the arch of my left foot aggravated sciatica that I have in my left leg so I…

This was my first real bulk(on purpose) in the 15 years I've been lifting. Always was more into gaining strength but losing weight but this last summer I got too light and wanted to put some weight back on. It was really tough to be honest. First month I didn't gain anything as I guess I was eating far under my maintenance…

I like to make a 1000+ calorie bowl of sludge. Usually it's 1 serving of oatmeal, 1 scoop of Syntha 6 chocolate peanut butter, 1 cup Fage plain yogurt(whole fat if I can find it), 4 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 servings dark chocolate chips.

Been in gyms 15+ years and based on past experiences am not looking forward to next month. I'm happy that they will be forking over $40+ a month for the next 2 years(even more if they forget to cancel) for maybe 20-30 days worth of use though. I just try to remember all the new cables, pads, air purifiers changed out every…

I strengthened my core doing a lot of work with kettlebells as well as intense cardio such as Insanity. My inversion table works wonders for getting kinks out as well.…

I do... plus some. I have a desk job but it's pretty laid back and am able to get up and walk often. I'll also do a mile or two before or after work and I'll take a walk during my lunch break(I'll eat at my desk when I return). I have the Fitbit flex to help with tracking and usually finish out a week with over 100,000…

Nope, but I do love going. I personally try to keep a balance. Things like biking, walking I'd much rather do outside than feeling like a rat on a machine. Interval training and stretching I'll do that in my own home or in the backyard. As far as strength training goes though I'd much rather be in a gym.
