To answer your actual question, you can go to "Check-In" then "Edit Previous Entries" then you would have to delete the date of the entry you want to change and re-add it.

I agree that you need to give it more time. Weightloss isn't linear and a week isn't a magic point in time.

Does it have to be traditional breakfast foods? I've love leftovers for breakfast. Just put them in pre-portioned container and grab and go.

The first rule of fight club... nevermind... Welcome to the 2nd day of the rest of your life!!!!!!!!

Oh- I'll add my opinion in too :) I don't see this as any different as a child that wants to play a team sport, do dance or gymnastics. You're preparing her for life. As long as there is work/fun balance it's an excellent experience for your whole family. And you're doing everything right by being extra careful and…

For the running part, it sounds like she has all the building blocks (cardio, stamina, etc) but just needs to put it together. Running comes natural to some and then there are those of us who had to learn it. I recommend starting out slow- literally barely jogging. I know my nieces have tried to jog with me (ages 6, 8, 13)…

^^ This. But if you're new to it all, figuring it out for yourself can be very overwhelming. A few things that I really liked when learning was to eat healthier was Tosca Reno's Eat Clean recharged. (It's like $10 -$12) HOWEVER, I do not eat clean, but this book had great reference book and has great ideas. It also breaks…

If you think you're getting enough sleep (I agree that 6.5-7 is a low) and eating well each day (including enough fuel) and hydrating then it's worth contacting your Dr. for a general blood panel (It's amazing how important general minerals and vitamins are important to your energy level.) If you're not getting enough…

It used to happen to me during intense spinning classes... that "runner's high" feeling would get to me sometimes. It wasn't that I felt bad it would just happen. Thank God the room was dark.

And one more thing, if you tend to hit up the same fast food places, keep a mental log of the "healthier" options on the menu. It's not great, but it's def better than the alternative which is piggy out and regretting it the next day.

I remember those years fondly and you're right. It's so hard. Especially on Sunday night when you take an inventory of the weekends shenanigans. For the drinking part... I always stuck to beer because you never get just one serving of alcohol in a mixed drink from a bartender (whether at a party or the bar). If you're…

Get retested... a year is a long time. Also, talk to a nutrionalist and find out what borderline really means and if there is something you should/could be doing to help your cause. Good luck.

I wish I had a quick fix for you. But I will say this, I ran for years thinking that shin splints were inevitable. Then someone introduced me to the "real" shoe fitting process, and it made and instant difference in my shin splints and hips! I still don't buy a running shoe on my own. I'm also guilty of running in my…

Yoga all the way. You can YouTube for Yoga for anything you're trying to target. If it's your first time with it, I highly recommend doing it in front of a mirror to ensure proper form.

You're welcome! I'm a quote junky. I have a blog with my favs, a Pinterest board and a FB photo album. I even have my screensaver set to rotate through images. One of my favorite things about quotes it that someone else wrote them.... it reminds me that I'm not alone in my struggles.

Ditto. This way I can control my exercise I enter into MFP each week.

Let me share this with you that a fellow MFPer shared with me: "There is no wagon. Starting now, you make the choices that you know you need to make. And whatever you do, do *not* fall into the trap of, "well, I fell off the wagon, so now I can just throw everything out." Don't dwell on it and do not throw away the rest of…

Weigh myself first thing every morning, but only log it once per week.

Someone shared this with me once, and I saved it because it really helped me: "There is no wagon. Starting now, you make the choices that you know you need to make. And whatever you do, do *not* fall into the trap of, "well, I fell off the wagon, so now I can just throw everything out." It helped me to loose the "all or…

Use your local resources to request help. Craigslist - make sure you post anonymously, you'll def attract the crazies.

I think you're taking the right steps. Analyze your behavior. Everyone is different. You'll have to figure out if you're binging for emotional reasons, cravings, trigger food, boredom, convenience, etc. Then you can better assess how to handle it. I agree that a balance diet with enough veg, protein, fiber and nutrients…

I personally think you look great. Are you taking regular measurements? Your body might be changing in other ways. Also, I have many friends that do Crossfit and they have access to nutritionalist at their gym.

Me three with extra cucumbers and red wine vinegar and mustard. I'm not even vegetarian and I love that sandwich.

When I travel for work or vacation, I try to have a big healthy breakfast that's high in protein- even if it means a room service or a restaurant everyday. Then I eat light lunch and medium sized dinner and keep protein bars with me just in case. I find that that if I skimp on breakfast, I'm hungry/snacky the rest of the…
