Wow! Glad I am not the only one with sore hamstrings!!! Looks like many of us are having the same reaction. It hurts so good!!! :)

Ok so I debated posting my results because I honestly could not tell the difference in my pics; therefore I didn't take measurements on Friday when we finished. Yesterday I decided I had to take measurements because it was my beginning on Ripped in 30, I was surprised by my progress so I wanted to share with you guys for…

Hey soon to be Ripped ladies!!! I did Day 1 last night and Day 2 this morning. I really like the workout! I love that the strength section is now 3 "moves". It keeps me from getting bored. I didn't find it too challenging, but it was still a great workout. I woke up and my hamstrings were KILLING me, not really sure which…

Allrighty ladies, I did not get up this morning to get Ripped (I partied just a little too hard Saturday and am still recovering, plus I think I am getting sick). I will try my hardest to do it tonight, unless I take a turn for the worse. So proud of everyone! Kick some *kitten* and I will check in later! :)

Oh yeah *HATE*

Ah! Still haven't bought my dvd! I will go out tonight though. I am really excited to start this! @cmDaffy and MochaBlues: You girls are awesome and so enthusiastic!!!

Good Morning! I was totally lame this morning and did not get up to do my LAST day of the shred... Not to worry, I will do it tonight and then take sweaty pictures. hehehe! Hope everyone has a fantastic friday!!! @LaurDavies: As far as visible changes I didn't notice them until about day 15-20. My pants were loose and…

3 more days!!! Just awesome. I really want to push myself these last days, I want to be prepared for Ripped in 30! I love dumbell cleans! I could do those all day. hehe! The last strength move, forget what she calls them, but the planks with a row and a leg lift are crazy! I try to do half with Natalie, but I just feel…

Awesome job! I am on day 26 and am so excited to take before and after pics!

Day 26. check. I do like level 3, but on the supermans I find myself taking it easy. I am allergic to the world therefore I hate having my face in the carpet. This morning I used a paper bag under my face (weird i know) and it seemed to ease my mind/lungs a bit. We are so close to being done! I love it! @cmDaffy: funny…

I am so in with you girls! I will get out and buy the dvd this week.

Tomorrow is the last day of Level 2!!!! YAY!!!! SO ready to move on. I really pushed myself this morning and I can do almost everything without modifications. Happy Monday All!

Thought you guys might enjoy this sight if you haven't seen it before. They have pant sizes included. http://www.mybodygallery.com/

Good Morning All! I did D3L2 last night and D4L2 this morning. Man I feel like we have been doing Level 2 for longer than we have! Oh well, tomorrow is half way!!! For those that have done level 3 before, are there as many plank exercises as level 2? Half of me doesn't want to do another plank ever again and then the other…

My butt is sore today....which is very rare for me, not sure if those chair squats are causing it or what? I am not really a big fan of level 2, mainly because I feel like she should have eased into the planks rather than just tossing us into it. I guess she is there to kick our *kitten* and she is succeeding! :) Happy…

haha I know right! Level 2 kicks my butt! I feel like it is SO much harder than level 1, but I am up for the challenge!
-
Level 1 done! Woohoo!!! Tomorrow planks, planks, and more planks....woohoo.... :) For those of you that have asked about making workouts up... I do it all the time. I do them back to back and they sure are a kick butt workout. I would prefer not to skip days, but life sometimes just gets in the way. I do worry a bit about…

L1D8 done. Man I still REALLY struggle with the anterior raises. I usually use 5 or 8lb dumbbells for everything, but with those I use 2 cans of pork 'n' beans. hehe! I must be lacking some critical muscle that I need for that movement. Today I tried to do half with the 5lbs and whoa I was hurting! @KatiaR: I actually am…

Hahaha crannies...that cracked me up, but I also have no idea what to call that area....Oh and I will concentrate on the butt kicks tomorrow to see if my feet even hit my bum. Hope your back feels better!
-
heck yeah!!!

Allrighty I finally caught up with you guys today! I did D4L1 and D5L1 yesterday and D6L1 and D7L1 today! I really struggle with being good on the weekends. Hope everyone is doing well! I need to figure out who are the consistent people on here and start adding you guys as friends for support. :)

To answer some of the questions asked: I am going to do 10 days on each level OR level up when I feel ready. Also I use a 5lb dumbbell in each hand and 8lb in each for a couple of the exercises. ( For those new to 30DS or weight lifting I recommend starting 5lb or lighter, I made it half through 30DS in July and then…

I enter it as 20 min of circuit training for those of you who have asked. The actual workout is 27 min long, i think, but I would rather log on the low side then depend on those extra calories burned, plus the 27 min is including the warm-up and cool-down.

Day 1...check. It was such a good workout, but I followed Anita more than Natalie this time just so I don't burn myself out. I highly recommend eating a HIGH protein meal after todays workout just to aid in your muscle recovery. I drank a protein shake and I will probably still be a bit sore. Good luck everyone!!! :)

Hey yay newbie! Welcome! On the threads I usually just check in when I have a hard day or and awesome day. You are more than welcome to add me as a friend especially if you are good at support! I need all of it that I can get! :) Good luck tomorrow!
-
haha yeah I did the same!
-
Ok ladies... I am in!!! I kind of tried to start monday, but I was so sore that I couldn't walk properly the last two days plus I strained my neck. Not good.... I am just going to be very careful and maybe do the modified versions for the first couple of days. Good luck tomorrow!
