Starting Strength and Stronglifts 5x5 are two of the best starter programs. Good Luck!

Cincinnati here, but I can motivate from a distance. :) Feel free to add me.

Fantastic Job! I enjoyed reading your story. Thanks for sharing!

Love this! You look fantastic!!!

Honestly it is probably because you are already so small. There are several good BMR calculators online that I like to cross reference so that all of my eggs aren't in one basket (mfp). I would check several of those and maybe take an average of them to calculate your calories. Hope this helps!

Wasn't that a great article?!?! I read it last week and was blown away! The author was on Dr. Oz yesterday and had some cool information to share. Thanks for posting. More people should read it!

Costco has Cytosport (makers of muscle milk) Vanilla Whey Protein that is pretty good stuff and cheap.

I recommend putting a pic up. Encourages people to add you since it seems like you are more invested. I added you anyways. :)

So hard to workout on the weekends especially around this time of the year! I didn't do the Shred this weekend, but I was very active. I hope to do a double shot this afternoon. I am not being too anal about doing 30DS every day, as long as I am active and am logging my food then I am doing well. Have a great second week…

You know as far as doing 2 workouts in a day, just play it by ear. If you feel great at the end of workout 1 then go for it, but just be careful! I think as you get further into the 30 days then it will be easier to double up, but now we are all so sore!!! I am going to try to do 2 today, but my soreness is pretty much…

@ Vernaverna: Do NOT feel bad for taking breaks at first. One of the amazing things about this program is that you will notice improvements within days! It is awesome! Congrats on being sober, btw. You will see results within 30 days and gurantee you most definitely will FEEL results. Like on circuit three you will not…

Hey ladies, I am Brie. This is my second time through 30 day shred. I completed 30 days straight in September 2011. I had great results! Completed Day 2 of level 1 about an hour ago, woohoo!

Starting Weight: 141.5lb I will add my measurements later

I am a bit late to the party, but I started the shred yesterday. Already joined the group. :)

What a great story?!?! Thanks for sharing. You look great!

10 days on each level and I took Sundays off usually. Good Luck!
-
Sending you a friend request. 27 here and got married last year myself. :)

This is awesome. Great Job!!!!

I would NOT skip the Monday workout. You will scare yourself too much by starting with the Plyo. I would just start Tuesday with the first workout and then on Sunday double up. Doing KenpoX and the stretch dvd would be easy to do in the same day. That way you are ready to start next week out right. Good luck!!!

This is really great! Yay not being skinny-fat!

You look great!!!

Awesome post. You look great!!!

This is so my problem too! I love to bake! I have gotten better at giving my bakegoods away (so I don't eat them), but am still struggling with snitching while baking. Congrats on your NSV!

Awesome Job!

My husband and I did this all the time last winter. Place a turkey breast in the crock pot, rub a packet on onion soup on it. Add a bit of water at the bottom. Pile full with carrots, onions, and potatoes. So simple and delcious. Thanksgiving-ish dinner done when you get home. woohoo!

You look great! I would definitely work on just getting stronger, no more weight loss. Oh and why are the underwear pics any different than a string bikini?

YES! Great Job! Good to see such great results from Ripped in 30. I just started it Monday. Thanks for sharing!
-
I didn't get up and do Ripped this morning because i still totally feel like my hamstrings are too "ripped", in that they feel like someone hit me with a metal baseball bat. And a new perk this morning my glutes are killing me too. Haha! So I am going to hold off until this evening or maybe even use today as my rest day. I…

Heck yeah friend! Amazing results!

@Sambo004: Wow you had amazing results especially considering it was only after 20 days!!! I hope your foot gets better and you can get back to it soon!
